Youth Voices for Europe

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Youth Voices for Europe is an international project of the My Future Foundation, which aims to strengthen the voices of young people in dialogue with European Union decision-makers and to raise awareness of real career opportunities in EU institutions. The project was created for young people aged 16-25, particularly from smaller towns and with fewer opportunities, for whom Europe often seems “far away” and inaccessible.

As part of the project, we create a space for open conversation, questioning, and experiential learning. A key element of the activities are World Café meetings, during which young people interact directly with people with practical experience working with EU institutions. The project addresses the needs of both those already interested in European careers and those just beginning their adventure.

Youth Voices for Europe aims to:

Break down barriers and myths about careers in the EU
Strengthen a sense of empowerment and courage in speaking up
Develop future-oriented skills: communication, critical thinking, and collaboration
Show that Europe is a real space of opportunity – even for young people from smaller towns
Why is it important? Research and experience in youth work show that a lack of access to reliable information and direct contact with practitioners deepens exclusion and discouragement. Youth Voices for Europe addresses this gap – in a practical, collaborative, and dialogue-based way.

Stay up-to-date with the project. If you want to be the first to learn about:
