School For Youth
Young people spoke up and had a real impact on the school
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The My Future Foundation’s School For Youth project demonstrated that youth voices truly matter in education. In November, design thinking workshops were held with students from five different schools, during which they analyzed their school experiences and designed specific solutions addressing issues such as well-being, relationships, school spaces, and teaching methods.
The workshops were based on research and non-formal education methods. Students worked in teams, learning critical thinking, collaboration, and communication—precisely the skills that are crucial today in both education and the labor market.
The project culminated in a youth dialogue event held on January 8, 2026, at the NGO Center in Radom. There, students presented their ideas, research findings, and recommendations to decision-makers and those working in education. It provided a space for honest conversation, an exchange of perspectives, and a demonstration of young people’s ability to think responsibly and systematically.
