ABOUT THE PROJECT
The My Future Foundation’s Plan Your Future project was created for schools that want to give their students something more than a standard lesson about careers. These interactive workshops are led by the My Future team, along with professionals from various industries who share their real-world experience.
During the workshops, young people:
✔️ discover their strengths and values,
✔️ learn about different career paths,
✔️ learn to make informed decisions,
✔️ develop future skills – communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and agency.
This isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation, exercises, reflection, and specific tools that help young people better understand themselves and the world of work. The Foundation’s partners include:
– brand managers and marketing specialists,
– individuals working in sales and business development,
– lawyers,
– entrepreneurs and founders of their own companies,
– HR specialists and recruiters,
– communications and PR experts,
– business consultants,
– individuals working in public and European institutions,
– soft skills trainers,
– individuals from the technology and digital industries (e.g., social media, AI, e-commerce),
– project managers,
– representatives of the NGO and social economy sectors.
This means that students hear not just theory, but real professional stories, real challenges, and concrete tips that help them better understand the job market and which skills truly matter.
