Future Entrepreneurs of Poland
Entrepreneurship for young people.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The My Future Foundation’s Future Entrepreneurs of Poland (FEP) project was created for young people who want to better understand the world of entrepreneurship, gain practical skills, and experience what it’s really like to develop ideas, work collaboratively, and create solutions to real-world challenges. The project was implemented in collaboration with a Danish partner and was inspired by the Danish model of youth entrepreneurship.
These weren’t just theoretical classes. FEP brought together young people, experts, companies, and organizations in interactive workshops, during which participants worked on real-world case studies, developed their own ideas, and learned how to translate ideas into concrete actions. During the project, the youth:
✔️ learned the basics of entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship,
✔️ learned project-based work,
✔️ developed collaboration, communication, and idea presentation skills,
✔️ gained knowledge of marketing, sales, and business model building,
✔️ worked in teams to solve real-world business challenges,
✔️ benefited from the support of mentors and practitioners from various industries,
✔️ broadened their international perspective through Polish-Danish cooperation.
The project included pilot workshops in Poland, international partner meetings, and activities preparing youth for active participation in the world of modern economics and innovation.
