My Future is a team of young people who believe in the foundation’s mission
of continuous development. These are the people who participated in the projects organized by My Future,
and now they want to share their knowledge with others. Following the approach YOUTH TO YOUTH volunteers are active project leaders, which allows them to improve their soft skills in practice by using the method of LEARNING BY DOING.
Natalia Różańska
Board Director foundation
Natalia Różańska is the CEO of My Future. She sets the strategic direction of the activities in the foundation and coordinates the team of volunteers. Natalia has graduated from Aalborg University in Denmark (cand. merc. in Innovation and global management). Before taking the role as board director at My Future she has been working in L’Oreal as well as boutique business consulting companies in Poland and Denmark. Natalia has been also teaching at Lyngby Handelsskole, and has been involved in various NGOs. The experience provided her with inspiration for establishing My Future and the motivation to contribute to the positive change in the education sector.
Marta Różańska
Vice-president of the foundation
Marta Różańska is the Vice President of the My Future Foundation. Within the foundation, she is responsible for substantive support for projects and mentoring young people, particularly in the areas of developing future competencies, career planning, and conscious learning. Marta has international educational and professional experience, gained in countries including Denmark. She currently works in Copenhagen at Kahoot!, a global EdTech organization that combines technology with a modern approach to education and learning through engagement. Her experience working in an innovative international environment, combined with her social involvement, allows her to effectively support young people in their development, showing them how to connect education with the real needs of the labor market.
